Booking Arrangements & Agreement of Terms

  • A deposit of 25% of the rental for the whole period is required with the return of the booking form if the booking is made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date

  • If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date full payment is required when returning the booking form.
  • A £250 security/breakages deposit is payable at time of full payment which is refundable within 2 weeks of departure upon successful inspection of the apartment.
  • If cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks before the arrival date all monies will be returned less £250 security/breakages deposit.
  • If cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date 25% of the full payment will be retained.
  • Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer or PAYPAL
  • Please see our attached Terms and Conditions on the Prices page for booking arrangements.
  • If you wish to proceed please sign and return the booking form as your acceptance to the Booking Terms and Conditions along with your payment to the address that will be provided if paying by cheque. If you wish to make a bank transfer or payment by PAYPAL please call for further information.
  • The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 10pm to provide time for cleaning between lets.
  • Further details regarding directions and key arrangements will be provided when full payment is received.
  • Please ensure that you take out additional travel and car insurance to cover you for medical costs, theft, loss of luggage, transport delays and costs in the event of an accident if hiring a car.
  • Pick up and drop off can be arranged, please call for further details.

  • I have read and accept the Booking Terms and I and guests in my party agree to comply with them. I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.

  • I am enclosing a cheque (or arranging a bank/Paypal transfer) for the booking fee of 25% of the rental cost.

  • I agree to pay the full rental charge plus the deposit 8 weeks prior to departure.

  • I accept that I myself and my guests will be responsible for replacement, loss or repair of contents in the property and outside in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay.
